Construction Phase
We oversee the full installation process, ensuring quality and precision every step of the way. From sourcing materials, fixtures, and finishes to coordinating with licensed and fully insured contractors, KR Legacy Designs manages it all. Depending on the project scope, work may be completed by our team directly or subcontracted to trusted professionals. Our priority is delivering a seamless build and a final result that exceeds your expectations.
Design Phase
Once we’ve established the vision, KR Legacy Designs develops a customized design that reflects your taste and goals. We create mood boards and provide curated samples such as swatches, fixtures, tile, and hardware to help shape the direction. When the design is finalized, we bring it to life through a detailed 3D rendering, allowing you to experience your space virtually before construction begins.
Furnishing Phase
For clients who choose our furnishing services, we thoughtfully select furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories to complete your space. Each piece is carefully curated to match the design aesthetic and your personal style. On installation day, we stage and style your space to perfection, ensuring it feels cohesive and inviting. Any items not selected will be returned at no cost to you, leaving you with a beautifully finished home that feels authentically yours.
